Maintains minimum stock level in the warehouse (4 weeks) and in the branches (2 weeks).
Prepares purchase order within 24h from request
Ensure purchase order process are signed and sent to supplier within 48h from issue
Create new item coding and pricing in the system (Phorest & Quickbooks)
Take care of all suppliers correspondences
Maintains good relationship with suppliers
Coordinate the delivery to the warehouse
Search for local supplier for day to day operations of the branches
Arrange the store properly per item categories (Professional and retail by nail – body – hair – face + disposable + stationary + cleaning + coffee bar items)
Keep stock control systems up to date and plan orders by monitoring inventory levels to assure appropriate stock balance.
Perform monthly stock taking with the supply chain team
Achieve a minimum of 95% inventory record accuracy in the store
Responsible for the branch supplies as per the PROCUREMENT WORK FLOW

Able to speak and write English. Preferably bilingual (Arabic / English)
Excellent organizational management skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Inventory Control Systems.
Database management skills
Knowledge of supplies ordering and inventory control
Time management skills
Ability to handle pressure and stress
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of distribution/ inventory management/purchasing
Preferable experience in hotel industry, supermarkets, spa/beauty industry.
Preferably previous experience in UAE
Preferably accountant bachelor degree or professional certification
