About the role

The Assistant, Human Resources, is responsible for providing the HR Services team with the support and coordination of all administrative related tasks within the department. The role will include aiding colleagues on all HR and company related matters, including but not limited to company ID cards, handling reception log and area, receiving passports to update in Peoplesoft, ensuring colleagues’ personal files are up to date and assisting with visa, medical, and general HR processes. You will also coordinate with bank representatives to ensure forms are completed fully and ready for the resort orientation and assist with the onboarding process for all new employees.

About you

The successful Assistant, Human Resources candidate will have a minimum of 1 year administration experience and preferably have a minimum of 1-2 years’ hospitality experience within a 5* resort or hotel. You will also preferably have a bachelor’s degree in HR and be fully proficient with Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel. You must also have a passion to work in Human Resources.

You will also be personable, friendly, tentative, and empathetic to our employees’ needs, and be professional and well groomed. You will also have great organisation skills and excellent communication, both written and spoken.
