· Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Department and the full employee cycle.
· Manage human resources activities, such as recruitment, employment, salary and payroll, benefits, employee relations, and employment services (including issuance of HR-related letters and correspondence).
· Manage the administration and implementation of HR policies and procedures operation-wise ensuring understanding, controls and compliance for all employees.
· Manage the end-to-end and timely closure of disciplinary, performance assessment, grievance cases and absence management for all employees, support managers in case of disciplinary issues in the operation.
· Ensure new joining document formalities are completed on time (Medical exam, EID, employment visa, amongst others) and Document renewal follow up (employee passport, Emirates ID, residence visa, amongst) are in place.
· Generates job offer letters and employment contracts, amongst other on-boarding documents for selected candidates and new employees.
· Perform data entries of employee information in the HRIS (Oracle) and ensure all information in the system are up-to-date and relevant.
· Maintain all employee files, records and relevant documents such (employment contracts, salary revisions, amongst others) both electronically and hardcopy ensuring completeness, well-organised, and up-to-date individual employee archives.
· Conduct new employee orientation, facilitate line induction with the head of department, and coordinate schedule of new employee trainings with concerned department.
· Manage employee separation and exit formalities, including end-of-service (EOS) settlement, visa and permit cancellation.
· Bachelor’s degree holder.
· With 2-3 years’ experience in the UAE’s HR operations and administration setting.
· With experience in administering and performing staff information entries in HRIS platforms (such as Oracle or equivalent reputable system).
· Preferably with background from real estate, construction and engineering, property development, architecture and design, or contracting industries.
· Preferably can read, write, and fluently speak both English and Arabic languages.
