Responsibilities:
- Compilation and placement of announcements (Internet, media, social networks)
- Search and selection of candidates
- Interviews (telephone interviews, online interviews, face-to-face interviews)
- Support of candidates from interview to employment in the company
- Formation of a personnel
- Analysis and monitoring of the labor market
- Introduction to the position, familiarization with the rules of the company
- Organization of internal training
- Interaction with managers during the trial period of new employees
- Participation in attestation
- Maintaining company personnel records
- Admission, transfer, dismissal, vacations, staffing
- Filling, accounting and storage of employment contracts
- Keeping journals, issuing certificates and copies of documents
- Drawing up orders on the general activities of the company, familiarizing employees
- Maintenance of the management time sheet
- Control of labor discipline
- Development, correction of internal local regulatory documents, job descriptions
Requirements:
- We are looking for an active HR specialist who knows how to hire people according to UAE law
- Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years
- Perfect knowledge of English (knowledge of the Russian language will be an advantage)
- Knowledge of office programs
- Confident PC user
