Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure offers are complying with specifications
• Lead technical discussions with customers on technical aspects
• Engage customer for deviations and alternate proposals
• Liaise with Finance, Operations and costing teams at the factory to prepare costing
• Responsible to ensure clean orders
• Load allocation with the team to meet +90% service level
• Support outside sales team to improve/ increase strike rate 50%+ for projects and 75% for MRO jobs
• Support team to develop tools for benchmarking exercise

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering
• Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in managing quotations and order management in Valve manufacturing industry of which min 2-3 yrs in handling Middle East clients.
• Experience in technical extraction and Costing is a MUST.
• Familiar with international standards,
• Technically strong on the Ball & Gate, Globe and Check Valves current scope
• Have a keen interest to learn new technology/ products Samamat will make, namely butterfly & plug valves
• Contract Management.
• Knowledge of Shell MESC specifications.
• knowledge on Suppliers details
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
