1. Study contract documents, specs and drawings for the projects to be executed or to be tendered.
2. Visit site and plan logistic of site along with Project Manager (PM).
3. Prepare detailed schedules and programme.
4. Study variation and its impact on schedule. Intimate delays.
5. Plan all resources.
6. Prepare monthly, weekly, if required, daily schedule from main programme.
7. Prepare labour histogram.
8. Prepare MPTS (Material Procurement Tracking Schedule).
9. Interact and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers pertaining to project schedule to prepare coordinated schedules.
10. Monitor progress and labour productivity.
11. Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, as required, for clients/consultants and for internal management.
12. Plan Defect Liability Period.
13. Prepare EOT.
14. Prepare delay analysis, and if required, catch up or revise programme.
15. EOT, delay analysis to be monitored.
