◊ Achieve regular sales targets and introduce innovative sales process to maximize sales.
◊ Visit consultants/clients on regular basis and list/register Moosa-Daly’s products with all major consultants/clients.
◊ Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
◊ Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
◊ Be attentive to customer’s installation, commissioning and after sales servicing requirements and liaise with service team to arrange site assistance.
◊ Support marketing activities by attending/participating trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
◊ Update and maintain records of customer communication and sales activities in CRM software and generate reports whenever required.
◊ Maintain sales forecasting reports.
◊ Write technical documentation/manual for products.
◊ Attend promptly to customer complaints and provide satisfactory solutions.
◊ Review customer base on a regular basis and propose and implement plan to increase the customer base by identifying new customers/projects.
◊ Actively participate in minimizing slow/non-moving stock.
◊ Ensure timely execution of orders secured by duly coordinating with Procurement, Assembly & Warehousing & Logistics teams.
◊ Provide support in ensuring collections as per the payment terms agreed.
◊ Prepare quotations based on technical data and specifications.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electricals .
Experience
· 3 - 5 years of overall UAE experience, preferably in sales.
· Experience in the sales of pumps and related water pressure systems in the UAE is an added advantage.
