Job Summary:
Liaising with data suppliers to provide instructions and cost estimates for increasing contacts databases with marketing relevant contacts. Importing, cleaning, transforming, validating, behavioral analysis, and modeling data to understand or make conclusions from the data for decision-making purposes. An analyst capable of the entire process from creating and querying the database using SQL, validating the data using Excel, and finally converting it into easily understandable graphs and tables that can be presented to non-technical people.

Define organizational policy and other factors that have a critical impact on the job. Liaise with Database, Marketing, IT and Web team to ensure data automation, integrity, and quality.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
SQL Manager Server – Must have experience in writing queries and understanding of SQL
Microsoft Excel – Must have advance level of understanding to manipulate Pivots and Graphs
Degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Programming
Minimum Experience:
Highly numerate, precise, and meticulous when working with data. Minimum 3 years' experience of dealing with big data.
Job-Specific Skills:
Database/Programming: SQL Server, Stored Procedures
Office: MS Excel (advance level)
CRM: Salesforce admin level skills (Desirable)
Communication skills: Being a public speaker with great interpersonal skills, Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
Other Skills: Ability to analyze trends, identify problems and deliver corrective actions, Experience of managing a high volume of transactions. Knowledge and working experience of complex data extraction, transformation, and data loading techniques
