About the Client:

A fine dining restaurant and lounge that will serve authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisines.

Job Description:

 Assisting the head chef in planning and supervising the food preparation process.

 Overseeing the kitchen staff and ensuring that they follow recipes and food safety standards.

 Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.

 Ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard of quality and taste.

 Managing inventory and ordering food supplies to ensure that the kitchen is fully stocked

Qualifications:

 Open to any nationality

 38 years old and below

 At least 3 years of experience in the UAE, at least 2 years in the similar position

 Experience in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant kitchen

 Must have knowledge or experience in Uzbekistan or International cuisines

 Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
