Role Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Performance Associate for our Regional Logistics Performance & Optimization team. If you’re a team player who is hungry for a new adventure, a multinational workplace is waiting for you.

As a Logistics Performance Associate, you will report to the Sr. Manager Logistics Performance and support in monitoring and analyzing the performance of our regional logistics targets and key performance indicators. In doing so, you will work closely with the regional and local logistics teams to ensure our operations are efficient, effective and meet regionally established service and quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be structured in your approach to problem solving, data driven and adept at building relationships with senior decision makers. You must also be passionate about innovation and relentless in your desire to apply it to the world around you.

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Conducting research and analysis to identify areas of improvement within Logistics and its processes.
  • Support in improving and developing new performance metrics and KPIs to measure and track progress towards performance goals.
  • Maintaining & improving a robust regional KPI framework and processes for OKR performance reviews, reporting, planning and forecasting cycle.
  • Providing all data needed for performance improvement, while supporting peers collaborating with markets and cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve performance.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns that can inform decision-making.
  • Providing training and support to peers to help them achieve performance goals.
  • Developing an adequate understanding of our logistics products and how to leverage their functionality to decrease operational frictions.
  • Creating reports and presentations to communicate performance findings, cost management and recommendations to management.

What Did We Order?

Technical requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and google sheets & google slides
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools including Tableau, Data studio, and Looker
  • BI knowledge is a plus

  • Understands data architecture and data models
  • Ability to grasp complex concepts and apply them to your work / to the business
  • Strong problem-solving abilities; extremely organized and process-driven
  • Track record of getting things done while managing a heavy workload effectively by setting priorities and managing expectations well
  • Thinking outside of the box to predict and prevent the upcoming issues
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders
