Roles & Responsibilities

• In charge of the Tankers, Dry cargo vessels and coordinate with respective vessels’ loading and discharging tankers arriving in the various ports.
• Involve daily operations and provide support to the vessel operators.
• Co-ordinate the post-deal trading activity to ensure contract execution run smoothly.
• Co-ordinate shipping/logistics in order to affect the trade successfully.
• Co-ordinate with terminals for a smooth turnaround of the vessel at the respective terminal.
• Assist vessel operators to prepare the voyage estimate for the vessels calling in the middle east.
• Provide proper guidance to the staff in daily operations, especially in vessel handling and issuance of bills of lading.
• Update the principals on the changes in the rules and regulations applicable for the tankers, dry cargo, and cruise vessels.
• Prepare and issue switch bills of lading in full compliance with the ITIC guidelines.
• Co-ordinate with container slot as per the regulation and capacity of the gantry at load and discharge port on a rotation basis in coordination.
