Job Description

JetSet Pets is a pet relocating company, shipping pets (mostly cats and dogs) from and to the UAE daily. We are voted the best pet relocating company in the UAE 2020, 2021, 2022. We are growing and would need an Office Administrator, if you have a driving licence – it will be a plus.

You will be in charge of all administrative duties for the business, such as keeping records, handling emails, client processes, as well as interacting with the clients, on phone and IRL.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. You will coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to the company policies.

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiar with Zoho Books.

Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients, sometimes meet and greet our clients at the airport. Screen and direct phone calls/emails and distribute correspondence.

Handle requests and queries appropriately.

Create and maintain spread sheets in Excel and reporting to the managing director.

Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records.

Required Skills:

Good with all MS Office suite applications

Capable of managing multiple tasks

Excellent English communication skill, smart and presentable

Eager to learn

Greeting visitors as needed - in office or at the airport

Resolve administrative problems including office related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues

Take up other duties as assigned

Driving licence will be a plus

Good with dogs and cats
