Reports to: Sales Manager. The employee will be responsible for brokering deals for the sale of properties. Key Activities: • Attend to inquiries and coordinate appointments with clients. • Ability to achieve sales target and work independently and in a team. • Evaluate Customer needs and build productive long lasting relationships. • Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale. • Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand. • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of government housing/property laws and policies. • Attending, Giving Presentations and Counselling the walk in Clients. Property Consultant Responsibilities: 1. Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions. 2. Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations. 3. Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas. 4. Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns. 5. Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale. 6. Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell. 7. Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients. 8. Communicating with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents. Property Consultant Requirements: 1. High school diploma or GED. 2. Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration or related field is preferred. 3. State real estate license. 4. Proven experience in property management or real estate. 5. Sound knowledge of real estate laws. 6. Strong negotiation skills. 7. Excellent analytical skills. 8. Effective communication skills. 9.
