Roles & Responsibilities
Assisting the Restaurant Manager in supervising the Team members; monitor their performance, making sure that they perform according to the chain’s standards
Sales
- Communicates marketing initiatives/New product launches and prepares the shift to execute well
- Manage in-store-retailing-POS, suggestive Selling targets, Kids and other initiatives for the shift
Financial Excellence
- Participates in handling cost control
- Complete all daily paperwork and in-store banking for the designated shift.
- Follow the Company cash handling procedures and ensure that customer service employees also adhere to these guidelines.
Restaurant Excellence
- Ensure that sufficient labor and supplies are available, taking corrective action where necessary.
- Ensure that the correct volume of product is prepared to meet the level of business and accurately maintain the product control sheet.
- Provide supervision for employees to ensure that CHAMPS Check and CER standards are maintained throughout the shift.
- Ensure statutory and company health, safety and food hygiene regulations are followed during the shift and corrective action taken as required.
- Successfully resolve customer complaints and queries correctly and confidently reporting serious complaints to the RM or Area Coach as appropriate.
- Ensure that all company security procedures are followed in order to ensure the security of premises, people, stock, equipment and monies at all times.
- Professionally represent the company to outside agencies such as Health Office, labour office etc.
- React to resolve Emergencies as appropriate.
- Recognizes routine problems and resolve them
- Manage designated shifts ensuring that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure that the correct volume of product is prepared to meet the level of business and accurately maintain the product control sheet.
- Ensure that the restaurant cleaning plan/rota is adhered to.
Team Excellence
- Assist restaurant management with training new and existing employees towards Star, All Star and Team Leader proficiency and ensure the standards are maintained.
- Take additional tasks on days that employees are absent /sick
- Ensure that restaurant cleaning plan is adhered to
- Reward & recognize TMs in his shift.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum university degree or 2 years college after high school completion, Tourism & Hotels Management or Business Administration is highly preferable.
- Age should not exceed 27 years old.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good command of English language (reading, writing & speaking)
- Average appearance; is neat & health
