Job Description
We are a start up real estate brokerage company in Dubai, and we are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team.
As the Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of real estate sales agents, ensuring that they meet and exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize sales revenue and increase market share.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Motivate and manage a team of real estate sales agents
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales agents
- Ensure that all sales agents are following company policies and procedures
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes
- Prepare and present reports on sales activity and performance to senior management
- Manage and maintain sales budgets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- UAE driving license
This position has a commission along with a basic salary
