looking for an Admin Assistant who will be responsible for keeping an office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with office management and maintenance – this includes ordering of office supplies, equipment and tracking of expenses.
- Serve as the main contact for office supplies, bills and shipping.
- Manage monthly office budget
- Develop office policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented properly.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvement.
- Be the point of contact for Tafaseel (the office landlord, out staffing provider of employment contracts and visas)
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Language – Fluent in English – both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable with using Google Suite or Microsoft office and able to create and submit reports in text and spreadsheets.
- High ownership & Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Previous experience working in administrative roles
