Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

• Create healthcare-related content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, infographics) that is informative, accurate, and compliant with healthcare regulations.

• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and reviews, and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.

• Use social media management tools to schedule and publish content, track performance, and optimize campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media content aligns with service strategy and company goals.

• Analyze social media data (e.g., engagement rates, click-through rates, sentiment) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay up to date with social media and healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply these insights to improve campaigns.

• Update website content using content management systems (CMS) and perform search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve website ranking and visibility.

• Use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic data and user behavior, and identify opportunities to improve website performance.

Continuously learn and develop new digital marketing techniques and tools to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

· 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.

· Knowledge of social media channels and management tools.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to write healthcare-related content.

· Analytical skills with the ability to analyze social media data and draw insights.

· Strong organizational and project management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

· Passion for social media, digital marketing and healthcare, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
