Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage end-to-end process for customer orders – incl. export and local customers.
- Input and add products on the website.
- Respond to customer correspondence via phone, email, and other social media platforms.
- General administrative & secretarial work related to the business entity.
- Managing all our social media accounts and website.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years prior customer service experience.
- Positive customer service attitude.
- Effective verbal & written communication skills must be fluent in English.
- Ability to work with a team as well as independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment and detail oriented.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
