Job Title: Mall Salesman for Car Care Company

Job Summary:

Our car care company is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Mall Sales Executive to join our team. As a retail sales executive, you will be responsible for selling our car care products and services to customers in a busy mall setting.

You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, build relationships with customers, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and approach them with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

• Educate customers about our products and services and answer any questions they may have.

• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our products and services to customers.

• Make product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to their problems.

• Keep the store and products clean, organized, and well-stocked.

• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash and credit card transactions.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve KPIs (key performance indicators).

• Collaborate with other salesmen and team members to achieve team goals.

• Attend training sessions and meetings to keep up-to-date with new products and services.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least one year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or mall setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Knowledge of car care products and services is a plus.

• Bilingual in English and Arabic is a plus.

Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
