Job Description
OB PURPOSE
To provide the highest level of administrative and executive support to CEO/management in order to ensure the smooth running of the company.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the diary/calendar of the CEO and prepare/coordinate his schedule and make the necessary arrangements
- The primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, acquaintances and business partners
- Handle/relay all correspondence in the absence of the CEO
- Arrange meetings and functions as required, ensuring the cost-effectiveness of suppliers.
- Compile data, and prepare papers for consideration at meetings
- Attend meetings and compile, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
- Arrange internal and external communication to ensure all necessary parties are fully informed.

Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential company documents and personal records.
- Differentiate the company’s services by providing above-standard customer services at all levels.
- Represent the company externally and internally in the best interests of the company.

- Native-level Proficiency in English
Experience:
Minimum of five years experience as Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant preferably in a multinational company environment
Exceptional IT skills especially in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint and also possess second-to-none communications skills.
Qualification:
- Degree in any business management or related field or equivalent industry experience
Salary: From AED15,000.00 per month
