Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to provide non-voice support to our customers through email, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and be able to provide high-quality after-sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product and service inquiries, billing, and other issues
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Escalate customer complaints and issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide after-sales support, including processing returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously develop knowledge of the company's products and services to better serve customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a non-voice support role
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in using email, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
