Job Summery

1. Managing Finance Department of the company.
2.Instrumental in supporting, developing, and embedding robust and fit for purpose financial
control framework, encompassing the following:
o Core Insurance Processes
o Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Management, Debtor management/Credit Control
o Expense Management and finance Regulatory Compliance
o Effective Management of External & Internal Audits of Finance
3.Managing all Finance, Reporting and Controlling responsibilities - from Strategic Planning to
Execution, Financial Analysis, Cashflow controls and MIS Reporting.
4. Forecasting & Budget planning.
5. Managing Treasury & Finance operation activities.
6. Performing Monthly and Quarterly Business Review Reports and analytical review on the Country level submissions and preparation of Variance analysis against the Budget and Previous year to date
