· Responds to potential leads generated by third party sales callers and attending them via sales calls and invitation to the sales galleries for property showing.
· Generates lead by directly approaching potential clients and buyers through sales calls, emails, to present and advise them regarding investing and/or owning properties in MAG, and ensure client understands all the property details.
· Critically determine the needs and wants of the potential leads in terms of acquiring or owning properties, and proactively give clients recommendations and advises on appropriate property investment or acquisition.
· Prepare and presents proposals, pricing, payment terms, amongst other sales presentation requirement in order to sell and persuade potential clients and buyers towards acquiring properties.
· Facilitates closing and follow up of deals and property acquisition with clients.
· Sets up and maintains business relationships with brokers and networks in order to establish a two-way profitable business dealing in terms of property listings and buying.
· Assist clients and buyers in confirming booking and payment processing with accuracy and efficiency.
· 2 or 3 years of sales experience in Real Estate, Off-plan properties, Property Resale.
· Bachelor’s degree is required.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
