Job Purpose: Collate and dispatch complete flight handling documents for arrival and departure flights to respective stations and various internal departments, Airport Authorities and for the respective airline offices. Record in/out load statistics and prepare files of each flight handled. Job Outline: Analyse and check individual allocated flights in order to avoid any possible situation that could cause disruption or delay. Meet each assigned aircraft on arrival and receive inbound documents consolidates and distributes them to various internal units, Airport Authorities and respective Airlines for collection from the Documents Office. Prepare and print General Declarations by computer input for flights having crew change. Obtain Immigration clearance and keeps on board the respective flight Enter flight statistics in the computer and prints various manifests through computer using respective codes for the appropriate airline for keeping on board as well as for airlines and station files. Maintains close relation ships with Airlines, Government agencies, to ensure the highest levels of Customer Service is consistently delivered. Prepare files for each flight handled by checking all documents against the checklist.

Qualifications & Experience: Experience: Administration. Data entry: 1+ Year Qualification: 10 Years schooling or equivalent: Possess current UAE Driving Licence. Knowledge of computer operation. Fluency in written and spoken English Language. Knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
