Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Head of Market Access to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Designing and implementing innovative solutions and services in market access based on changes in healthcare trends, setting strategies and action plans.
• Provide appropriate strategies and tools to monitor and address policy developments and other policy changes which may affect Pricing and Access.
• Partnering with key market stakeholders and centers to understand and elicit the Market Access requirements; mapping key stakeholders and thought leaders.
• Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities to support strategic and operational commercial & access objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration. Master’s degree in health economics and Pharma economics is a plus.
• Minimum 7-10 years of Market Access experience in multinational pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory, access, commercial, and procurement in GCC Market.
• Excellent people management experience and managed successful teams in previous leadership roles.
• Experience in key account management, enlisting, tendering, and contracting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
