Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordination between customer/ executive and factory from order generation to delivery of goods, Organizing way bills and follow-up of C forms,
  • Maintaining customer data time to time (updating customer profile with email id, phone, address etc ).
  • Coordinate with sales team and clients
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Have to Coordinate with Clients, understand their needs, find inventories from database/website & send proposals, follow, arrange site visits for them, negotiations, deal closure, etc
  • Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form.
  • Daily submission of Sales MIS, logistic support activities, should be able to do and organize tele sales, redressal of customer complaints, procurement and distribution of promotional materials, scrutiny and clearance of orders placed by customers including credit checking etc.
  • Daily follow up with the field force to ensure customer coverage, sales order booking supply and payment collection as per planned objective.
  • Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed.
  • Incumbent with 2-3 Years of experience will facilitate processing of enquires / sale orders / any other requests - between HO, Branches and Factory, to ensure efficiencies in booking sales.
  • Responsible for client handling Maintaining records about Invoices, PO, Stock Job responsibilities: -
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Follow up with customers for orders.
  • Responsible to Co-ordinate with ASM for day-to-day operations Responsible to make the sales order, sending quotation to clients.
  • Coordinating with Agents for feedback from existing customer, new projects, their commission statements, cross checking the same with our data, arranging their payment through account in their respective countries.
  • Need to closely work with Technology team for right strategy in place for winning the engagement Preparing Quotations / Sale Orders Managing Online Tenders Customer Communication and Correspondence (email, telephone)General Admin Support Sales and Service Support Salesmen Coordination Documentation Management MIS To assist Sales Director with preparing quotations, follow up with field staff, payment follow ups by phone, keep record of sales figures, prepare all sales reports, customer database management, field staff expense report, other office admin No Targets.
