Roles & Responsibilities

  • Finalize production closing every month by checking the status of all production work orders completion.
  • Conducting & arranging weekly, monthly, and annual physical stock count of sales vans, sales depots, factory warehouses, and showrooms.
  • Review, check, verify and post the business-related transactions on daily basis in the JDE Oracle system.
  • Daily basis checking and verification of petty cash-related expenses.
  • Prepare daily bank position and plan the payment disbursement accordingly based on funds availability.
  • Proficiently deals with the suppliers on daily basis and arrange their payments on time as per the payment terms and keenly investigate the government services-related payments during the month.
  • Keep full control over credit customer master creation by analyzing the customers CFA’s (CustomerFacility Agreements)
  • Debtor’s management identifies appropriate credit policy and is responsible to monitor the adherenceto the organization’s credit policy.
  • Conduct weekly and fortnightly meetings with the sales team to review and follow up for the collection of credit customers and customer reconciliation-related matters.
  • Observing daily basis customer hold orders status and intimate to the sales department for customers collection.
  • Review and approve the purchase orders of the company on daily basis by analyzing the purchasing history, business requirements, and suppliers’ quotations.
  • Checking van’s stock status on a bi-weekly basis, analysis with per day van sales, and raising queries to the sales team for high-value stock carrying vans.
  • Deals with the trade financing for import of raw material, packing material, and fixed assets.
  • Deals with the banks for change in a bank authorized signatories and amendment in exiting structure of authority matrix.
  • Monitor monthly reconciliation of GL balances with related modules i.e. AR, AP, Sales, and Fixed Assets.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations of Intercompany and incorporate the necessary transactions into the system.
  • Verify monthly payroll by preparing a payroll reconciliation report, arranging funds in the bank account, and managing the payroll disbursement.
  • Monitor the bank's reconciliations, review the outstanding matters and incorporate the pending transactions.
  • Managing fixed assets module, make all necessary entries for additions, disposal, and transfer of fixed assets.
  • Deals with General Insurance matters with the insurance companies and processes all claims along with the requirements and keep regular follow with the insurance companies until the claim settled.
  • Deals with the Internal auditor’s assignments every quarter and arranges all information to full fill their requirements.
  • Independently deals with the external auditor's matters and arranges to get signed yearly financial statements on time.
  • Prepare and assign job roles of the team and assist them to comply with the responsibilities with day-today matters.
  • Preparation of monthly reports for Group Head Office which includes inventory aging, receivable aging analysis, banking reports, and must-win battle.
  • Prepare costing and profitability of new products along with value chain analysis

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Financial Qualification with 5+ years' experience
  • 2+ years' experience in manufacturing / industrial background would be an added advantage
  • Understanding of relevant International Financial Reporting Standards
  • Excellent Analytical skills

  • Attention to details
  • Computer Literate (MS Office, Excel)
