Roles & Responsibilities

  • Focus on quality customer service & emphasis on customers' benefit.
  • Establishing & maintaining relations with new clients & retention of old ones.
  • Resolve customers’ complaints; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; follow to ensure resolution.
  • Will be responsible for handling customer calls, arranging for the deliveries of the materials sold, invoicing and other administrative work.
  • Will also be responsible for quality customer service and providing after-sales service whenever required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
