Establishing & maintaining relations with new clients & retention of old ones.
Resolve customers’ complaints; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; follow to ensure resolution.
Will be responsible for handling customer calls, arranging for the deliveries of the materials sold, invoicing and other administrative work.
Will also be responsible for quality customer service and providing after-sales service whenever required.
Desired Candidate Profile
A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service.
Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
