Job Description:
- Responsible for answering and addressing customer queries through calls and chat.
- Should be able analyze customer requirements and proactively make decisions.
- Should be able to multi-task.
- Good decision-making skills
- Good proficiency in english – Written & Verbal
- Flexible to work on a shift schedule (6 days a week).
- Should be able to use MS applications – Excel (advanced skills), Teams, etc.
- Should have some basic experience in a customer support role.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Minimum 12th grade graduation.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in chat process. Freshers can also apply if has the right skill set
- Language: Fluency in English & Arabic
- Should be available to join with in 2 weeks
