Responsibilities:
Take a leading role in our return to work and hybrid working strategy, co-creating a fantastic office experience
Setting up and personalising our workspace, understanding needs of the business and employee groups
Creating and setting budgets for ongoing office and facilities needs
Take responsibility for facilities and IT procurement for the Dubai office, with a specific focus on ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new starters
Contributing to and supporting the overarching onboarding experience from pre-onboarding to new employees first few months
Manage global travel team and be responsible for internal employee relocations and business travel
Take the lead in employee and customer events, along with visitor services
Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
Work closely with the VP of People to discuss office needs
Support the hiring and training of support employees
Working closely with WeWork maintenance to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order
Should be very well versed with the Visa process and documentation
Requirements
Proven experience of office setup and ongoing workspace experience management
Able to create and manage budgets closely with Finance
Prior ability of supporting the onboarding experience
Capable of organising and supporting event management for employees
Background in supporting travel management including business/travel visa arrangements
Good grounding in Excel / Google Sheets skills
