Londons Leading Premier Health and Wellness Aesthetic Clinic branch in Dubai. Friendly Professional Team looking for an administrator and also Call Centre Agent
The candidate must be organised with the ability to multitask efficiently, have good interpersonal skills needed to meet with customers, have good verbal communication, attention to detail, and be capable of problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues.
The right candidate must have:
- Experience in an office/Clinic environment
- Experience in Healthcare/Aesthetic industry is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong phone skills
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising tasks without guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong attendance history
Job Responsibilities
- Run and maintain general daily office and call centre operations
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Take calls, book appointments and follow up with bookings, etc
- Greet and serve clients, guest, and employees with enthusiasm and a positive spirit always
- Ensure to deliver a high level of customer service at all times
- Ensure each call received through landline and mobile phones, are handled properly
- Maintain clean and tidy meeting rooms and office reception area
- Other Admin Roles to be discussed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
