Roles & Responsibilities
The job holder shall manage and execute the organization’s marketing strategies, monthly marketing communication campaigns, he/she will be managing e-commerce content, new product design & development and other activities in line with organisational objectives. Responsible for increasing brand presence & planning & executing B2C campaigns across the spectrum of traditional media, digital, social & activations to drive brand awareness and footfall across all business unit throughout the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain for family entertainment centres.
· Day to day brand marketing activities that comprise of the marketing/seasonal calendar and day to day marketing operations support
· Evaluate presence in all platforms and channels, recommend content that strengthens presence in current and new channels
· Work with the Brand Marketing team to develop an overall content calendar for all brands
· Manage media buying and social media agency on multiple projects and campaigns.
· Manage e-commerce and app, while tracking results from online campaigns including SEM and social media
· Manage CRM system while targeting the customers at the specific time with the specific message
· Understand and plan offline and online customer journey and orchestration.
· Find possible collaborations and partnerships that would add value to the brands while increasing the footfall
· Brief the designer and understand brand guidelines and design process of creating collaterals for different mediums
· Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns according to the trends in the market
· Monitor campaigns and tweak the channels and materials accordingly to achieve overall KPIs
· Forecast footfall based on the historical data and prepare projections
· Budget management and planning
· Plan and manage photoshoots and production of the content
· Co-coordinate with the territories and the marketing agencies as necessary on the media advertising
· Conduct territory and market visits to assess implementation of marketing / branding guidelines and source competitive intelligence
· Keep up to date with competitor analysis and international brands in the same line of business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Post Graduate Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Public Relations / Communications essential
Excellent English speaking skills
Minimum Experience
6 – 8 years of marketing experience in the entertainment Industry
8 years of experience in leading and executing Marketing campaigns
5 years of experience in Performance Marketing
2 years in content creation
Specific / Relevant Experience
4 years hands on Performance Marketing including SEO, SEM and social media marketing
Must be an expert in Marketing ROIs and how it drives the business
Demonstrate strong understanding of customer experience, be extremely up to date with the market and the region and stay in tune with the latest trends in the industry
Strong aesthetic familiarity with any art direction skills
Ability to cope with short timelines and manage multiple projects at the same time
Excellent copy writing & influencing skills
