• Assisting customers to provide test drives and for deliveries.
• Ensuring high adherence to SOP and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Willingness to adapt to changing customer needs and delivering a high empathy quotient.
• Important KPIs: High customer NPS (feedback score), high number of deliveries
• Conversion of leads from potential buyers

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in automobile industry.
• Strong business acumen and Knowledge of used car industry.
• Strong technical expertise in understanding of engine, parts, and everything technical.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills
