Roles & Responsibilities
AZB Automotive is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team and ensure smooth office, Showrooms & Warehouse operations.
- Maintain office services by organizing office, Showrooms & Warehouse operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions and daily attendance.
- Coordinate with vendors for office, Showrooms & Warehouse supplies, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as required
- Managing and updating company databases and files
- Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding and offboarding employees
- Providing general administrative support to management team
- Liaising with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure a clean, safe and efficient working environment for all staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as emails, phone calls, and postal correspondence.
- Performing other duties as assigned
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Indian or Filipino Male Nationality with minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource & Administration.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Must be very fluent and excellent in verbal and written communications
- Basic computer knowledge with outstanding knowledge of MS Office is a must.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency when under pressure
