Roles & Responsibilities

1. Processes accounting data and delivers financial reports based on regulations, legal guidelines and

departmental procedures within the stipulated time limits.

2. Supplier Masterfile Data (SMF) in UBW.

3. Scanning and Registration of Supplier Invoices.

4. Payment of Supplier Invoices.

5. Control of Supplier Ledgers & related General Ledger (GL) Account.

6. Communication.

7. Reporting and Archiving

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and competencies

Education : Bachelor’s degree and/or Professional Qualification in

Accounting/Business Administration / Finance.

Experience : 1-3 years work experience, (in construction industry is

advantageous).

Knowledge of accounting standards is required.

Competences : Confident personality and team spirit.

Preferably good command of written and spoken English.

Communication skills.

Hands on mentality with good organisational skills.

Able to work independently.

Good command of Microsoft Office Applications.

Scope

Work in small team : The team in FSCC Dubai is small, thus making team spirit

and cooperation essential to the job.
