Position : Business Development Executive
Employment: Full Time
- Support Business Development Executiveve developing & implementing new marketing strategies
- Work with and expand current prospect database to generate effective leads and meet sales target
- Develop database and attend industry events to build relationships with key prospects
- Schedule appointments and prepare & deliver presentation to Clients after researching their business requirements
- Understand prospect’s business needs and work with the expert teams to develop tailored proposals
- Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner
- Lead development and preparation of RFP's, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations
- Lead tender preparation & submission in coordination with the technical team
- Provide regular reports about marketing activities and progress in opened deals
- Collaborate with the Management to prepare and implement the company's Marketing and Business Development Strategy for meeting business goals
- Ensure all communication with clients are in accordance with company’s standards and correct in content & format
- Follow up with the client along with the execution of a project
- Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed
- Effective delivery and execution of our value proposition
- Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects (owner's representatives, architects, interior designers etc.)
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 plus years of experience in Construction, Fit-out or related sector with existing Clientele
- Bachelor / Master in business administration, marketing, sales, Interior fitout or project sales
- UAE experience is an Advantage
- UAE Driving License is an Advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English
Desired profile:
- Act as a resource person for management with respect to sales and marketing issues
- Drive the sales process from inquiry/ RFP coordination till closure of deal
- Maintain excellent relations with clients to generate revenues for additional business
- Track and report the current status of potential projects, markets, customer news and developments
- Should be highly flexible and be able to work effectively with a multicultural workforce
- Able to work independently and with target-based performance evaluation
