Job Description

Position : Business Development Executive
Employment: Full Time

  • Support Business Development Executiveve developing & implementing new marketing strategies
  • Work with and expand current prospect database to generate effective leads and meet sales target
  • Develop database and attend industry events to build relationships with key prospects
  • Schedule appointments and prepare & deliver presentation to Clients after researching their business requirements
  • Understand prospect’s business needs and work with the expert teams to develop tailored proposals
  • Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner
  • Lead development and preparation of RFP's, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations
  • Lead tender preparation & submission in coordination with the technical team
  • Provide regular reports about marketing activities and progress in opened deals
  • Collaborate with the Management to prepare and implement the company's Marketing and Business Development Strategy for meeting business goals
  • Ensure all communication with clients are in accordance with company’s standards and correct in content & format
  • Follow up with the client along with the execution of a project
  • Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when needed
  • Effective delivery and execution of our value proposition
  • Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects (owner's representatives, architects, interior designers etc.)

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 plus years of experience in Construction, Fit-out or related sector with existing Clientele
  • Bachelor / Master in business administration, marketing, sales, Interior fitout or project sales
  • UAE experience is an Advantage
  • UAE Driving License is an Advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Desired profile:

  • Act as a resource person for management with respect to sales and marketing issues
  • Drive the sales process from inquiry/ RFP coordination till closure of deal
  • Maintain excellent relations with clients to generate revenues for additional business
  • Track and report the current status of potential projects, markets, customer news and developments
  • Should be highly flexible and be able to work effectively with a multicultural workforce
  • Able to work independently and with target-based performance evaluation
