Job requirements

Finance ERP Specialist, duties will include but are not limited to:

• Taking full ownership of implementing an accounting / ERP system from the beginning
• Completely running the project from start to end, to ensure an aligned, standardized model is implemented across the organization
• Managing the roll out effectively, including training, testing, and ensuring a smooth transition
• Working with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering the project effectively
• working closely with IT consultants, building effective relationships, ensuring effective stakeholder management
• Managing the relationship and commercial agreement with the ERP vendors
• Serving as liaison between regional offices and headquarters
• Ensuring budgeting and planning takes place throughout the project
• Weekly reporting to the company's Project and Finance Director
• Managing and leading training workshops
• Ensuring a full cleansing and migration of data
• Providing day to day support to regional offices on ERP challenges & bugs
• Determining requirements for customization or new implementation
• Maintaining the system and security of servers
• Workflow and process improvement at an organizational level
• Developing and maintaining the organization's dashboards, business analytics and insight on underlying businesses

The successful candidate will

• Have led successful ERP implementations ESSENTIAL
• Be a Qualified Accountant ESSENTIAL
• Have expert accounting knowledge across a variety of accounting streams ESSENTIAL
• Have tested systems previously ESSENTIAL
• Have led on a project previously ESSENTIAL
• Implementation across multiple tax jurisdictions (various countries) PREFERABLE

Skills / Qualifications
University Bachelor-level degree
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 5 - 8 years’ experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and PowerPoint
• DynamicsNAV, Dynamics365 or other Microsoft based enterprise products
• SQL Server Management
• Web Hosting & Networking
• PowerBI or other analytics and dashboard package
• Flexibility to cover some out of office hour’s work, as required
• Willingness to undertake international travel, as required
